Rodriguez Ave.) a golden opportunity open wide with a group of personalities came from Batangas, Laguna and Cavite (not to mention people from Manila, Makati, Quezon City and Valenzeula) that a decision had been made to materialize the dream of all, one national cooperative for Internet Cafe Operators to be a player on the I.T. industry… with this common goal we will achieve what is best for US!!! since we know the life of an internet cafe owner.
